The Disney Savings and Investment Plan is a 401(k) and ESOP-component plan sponsored by TWDC Enterprises 18 Corp. covering 75,373 participants with $12.73 billion in net assets at year-end 2024. Plan assets are held through the Disney Savings Plan Master Trust, which had $15.6 billion in total net assets across four participating Disney-sponsored plans. Fidelity Management Trust Company serves as trustee and recordkeeper, with Strategic Advisors, Inc. providing investment advisory services. The plan offers a BlackRock LifePath target-date series as the qualified default investment alternative.
