Most Americans want financial clarity. A simple platform to achieve it just does not exist yet.
Waterfall Planning exists to fill the gap between useless online calculators and overly complex planning tools that cost thousands of dollars. We are building the first platform that connects budgeting, savings, and retirement into one workflow -- showing how each decision impacts the others -- without ever linking a bank account.
Our goal is to help people approaching retirement prepare effectively, and help younger Americans set a budget that is actually aligned with their savings goals. We build credibility through product quality, not marketing noise.
The principles behind every feature we build.
Transparency
Fair pricing. No hidden fees. No bank account required. You can see exactly what you are paying for before you pay for it, and your financial data stays on your screen -- not ours.
Simplicity
Financial planning should not require a finance degree. Every tool in Waterfall is built for real people, not financial advisors. If it takes more than 30 minutes, we have not done our job.
Empowerment
We do not tell you what to do with your money. We give you the information and the framework to decide for yourself. Knowledge-building is part of every step, from your first budget to your retirement projection.
Built by someone who saw the problem firsthand.
I built Waterfall Planning because I got tired of seeing people overwhelmed by financial planning tools that either wanted access to all their accounts or were so complicated they gave up halfway through.
I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, worked my way through the University of Florida, and spent five years in institutional finance after graduating in 2019. Along the way, I earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and became a CFP® pro. I learned a lot, but I kept noticing the same problem: regular people had no simple way to build a financial plan without hiring someone or handing over their bank logins.
So I built this. A straightforward tool that helps you create a budget, set savings goals, and see your retirement projections -- all in about half an hour, without linking any accounts. No tracking every coffee purchase. No third-party data sharing. Just a clear plan.
