Black & Veatch is 100% employee-owned, and BVH, Inc. company stock is the plan's single largest holding at about $1.24 billion (roughly 41% of assets) through the ESOP. The participant-directed menu pairs a Fidelity index core (500 Index, International, Mid Cap, Small Cap, U.S. Bond) and the Vanguard Target Retirement series with a Putnam stable value option and active sleeves (Winslow Large Cap Growth, MFS International, JPMorgan Small Cap Growth, DFA Targeted Value, PIMCO and Hartford bonds), plus a Schwab self-directed brokerage window. The Company matches 50% of the first 6% of pay and makes an additional ESOP contribution.
