AstraZeneca 401(k) Plan

The AstraZeneca Savings and Security Plan covers 27,394 total participants with $8.6 billion in plan assets at the end of the 2024 plan year. The plan is recordkept by Fidelity Workplace Services LLC. It is a hybrid arrangement combining a 401(k) feature with an additional points-based AZ Retirement Company Contribution for certain eligible employees. The plan was originally established in 1958 as the Zeneca Deferred Compensation Plan and was restated in 2000 under AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP.
